DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

The price of rent is outrageous. The entire property is infested with bedbugs, has been for years and the owner and manager know but don't care!!! None of the air conditioners in the units work properly. Over the last year the pool has been FILTHY more often than not, the Health Department came out to investigate it, and it has been closed most of the Summer. The laundry facilites are a joke; the washers leave your clothes dirtier than they were when they went in, the dryers barely dry your ...

clothes even if you pay double the amount, and they both eat your quarters on a regular basis. It is also a bad neighborhood. Every evening, homeless people are seen smoking drugs on the property...even in front of children. A teenage boy was murdered out front a couple years ago, and gunshots can be heard going off atleast once a week.
