granite counter tops,new cupboards, and an elegant restructured layout and design. The units come stocked with brand new kitchen appliances (top of the line brands) including: a new microwave, flat-surface electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, new sinks, and also comes stocked with a multi-functioned washer/dryer. The kitchen layout also includes a granite bar that branches out into the main living room area from the edge of the kitchen. The one bedroom units have connected outdoor patios, with the units on the 5th and 6th floors overlooking the Mid-Lakewood area . The management staff onsite are extremely responsive and very courteous if anything needs fixed or even if you have special requests. Unlike other communities surrounding the City of Cleveland; Lakewood has it's own police department which has drastically changed the community to being a very safe and enjoyable environment for all ages. Another big advantage of this establishment is the cost of rent in comparison to other apartments in the area in terms of what you get(especially with appliances.) One pitfall with the new apartment units is that they lack any major storage space and there is no dedicated storage area for residents at this point in time, however, the advantages of this establishment outweigh the disadvantages and I recommend it as a possible future place. -Ryan A, Lakewood, OH
