April 18, 2019Dealing with the staff here was a nightmare. Inconsistent info, vague explanations and some outright lies is what I experienced over a month of trying to get into these apartments. They acted as if they didn’t care about finding a renter for the avail units, and yet once I got approved they rushed me to move in right away. And they wouldn’t let me see the place until after I was approved. Once I saw it, that was the last straw for me. The unit wasn’t on the floor they claimed, and it was a 1 1/2 ...bath when I was told I’d be in a 1 bath. And what they claimed was a pantry on the floor plans, was actually a water heater closet with two 4 in shelves. Absolutely ridiculous! The owner was often short with me and cutting me off in conversation over the phone and never truly answered my questions or would give vague answers. Seriously, don’t bother with this company (Doerr Management company), despite the appealing price and/or location. The apartments are old and likely never been updated, including the heating system. You’re better off paying a little more for less space than dealing with these people.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
New Resident
August 25, 2016i just moved in delta park yesterday. and i must say im very happy with my choice. the apartment is somewhat updated with hardwood floors and it makes it look a thousand times better. this is a old building so i cant expect to love in luxury. the ground apartments have front yards and i thought that was amazing and different. the new management company are so helpful and on top of whatever i need and im sure they will be renovating and making things better along the way. this apartment is perfect ...for me until i finish school and move on with my life outside Michigan. i recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a decent neighborhood and a great price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 8, 2016as it currently stands I have lived in these buildings for a little over a year. In that time the management has changed 3 times, I moved in April 1st last year. noticed there were no screens in the windows, I asked for screens was told I would receive them...... it's been a year and no screens. nothing ever gets fixed....up until the newest owner....he seems to be trying to fix the places up but at this present moment I don't see much change other than management and promises of "better"Review from Apartments.com
