October 29, 2025I enjoy living at Devonshire square they've always been clean inside and out secure convenient to grocery stores etc etc management is very good A lot of the people that live here are very friendly the biggest issue is parking they need to take a good look at how to remedy the situation of parking it's been a problem for quite a while now it would be nice if they could access vacant land that's beside the property and turn it into extra parkingProperty Manager Responded

We moved in a hurry and she was able to accommodate giving us a same-day tour and walking me through my application. March 14, 2025I really like living here at Devonshire square apartments, and recently signed a lease for my 6th year here. Maintenance is great and the current office staff is wonderful. My only complaint is the lack of handicapped parking by the back door.Property Manager Responded

March 5, 2025When I was doing a walk through for my apartment we had found pieces of ceiling on top of our cabinets and a sharp piece of wood wedged between 2 cabinets only visible from the top of them. There was also a piece of wood under the oven that moved and lead to a big space under and around the oven, and my cat was able to crawl under there. Other than those things I love the apartments, they're clean, spacious, smell good, beautiful view, quiet, the people are so nice and the staff is very helpful!Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2024I wish they would prioritize figuring out a better parking situation. Every single person I talk to that lives there that is one of their number one complaints. I’m sorry each apartment should get assigned ONE parking spot. If there are some left they should be free game for either residents or visitors. Plus I there is one resident who uses a huge spot for their tiny tiny bike which sucks. Also I want to say since management changed communication has gone down hill a little bit. There have been ...a few instances I’ve dealt with this. Like the construction on the stairs with no notice. Construction on sidewalks making doors unusable without notice etc. please communicate more again either by notes on doors or emails.Property Manager Responded
