atrocious customer service
April 29, 2020Candance is repulsively rude and disrespectful. They lack communication, and will mess up on their end and then blame, laugh & scoff at, and talk down to you as if you did it. Have a service request? might as well not even submit it. they DO NOT fix your issues. if they do, its halfway done, still non-functional, and its only done after M O N T H S of hounding them. The Worst!
January 16, 2018If I could select a lower than 1 star rating I would. Unless you like never being able to park in front of your own apartment, constant maintenance issues, and power outages (The power is out at least once a week at this point), do not move here. I have lived here for over six months and hated every minute of it. We have already had multiple leaks through the downstairs ceiling ( on the first few days we couldn't even use the shower because it leaked into downstairs),and the AC has been busted on ...more than one occasion. The water heater is set at a purposely low temperature that they won't let you adjust so you consistently have to shower in cold water until you figure out how to do it yourself. The neighbors have no regard for others and will park directly in front of your apartment so the you have to park all the way over at Poppas and you cant report them because they all have decals. My neighbors to one side wake up at crazy hours and start laughing and yelling and having loud sex at 5 am. I am degusted with the amount of issues I have experienced with my supposedly "renovated" unit for which I am paying a ridiculous amount in rent. The only good this about this entire place is the fact that I Have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in my unit. The only reason I haven't moved is because I am stuck in a year lease, best believe I will be out ASAP.Property Manager Responded

2 year stay
September 19, 2015Lived there for 2 years and never had a issue. Maintenance man is very nice and works fast to accommodate any problem you may have in your apartment. The office woman is very nice and always greets me by name. That was very surprising because I rarely went in there. I only left because I bought a home. living at diamond springs apartments
August 10, 2015I rent a two bedroom 1 &1/2 bath apartment ( but pretty much a townhouse) Love my apartment, the space is amazing and i love the breakfast bar area in the kitchen. Although i do have some negatives, i wouldn't change much about this place. The main negatives but non deal breakers for me were the fact that the pools closed on mondays, although renting stack-able washer dryer combo is nice for convenience, it doesn't look so nice in the only place it's allowed ( the living room).
