The buildings are poorly made. The walls are super thin. Our neighbors were constantly running around upstairs and playing loud music that came into our unit. Me and my wife hated living here. Majority of the people were sketchy looking. Cops always patrolling the area. Always see drug deals. We moved a month early before our lease ended just to get the heck out of there! We were in a rush when we were looking to rent and were new to Orlando. Take your time and research before coming here. Find ...

We've been here going on 8 years and counting down the days for the next 8 months to finally leave this place. Think twice before you consider this apt complex. There aren't any linen closets, no pantry, water leaks continuously. I was literally just out of the hospital when we chose this place. Really didn't look around which was our fault. I fell in love with the view of the water and all the wildlife. THATS THE ONLY REASON. And we didn't take our time to fully research the property. Once ...

you're in someplace you just try to make the best of it because we didn't want the expense of moving. But we have decided that even if we have to live in a tent it would be a better choice for us than to stay here. Good luck and Gods speed in finding YOUR new home. The condos at this address are spacious. Two bedrooms and bathrooms with a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom. The kitchen and living room are on the smaller side and the living room is and odd shaped so it was difficult to get your furniture just right. All units have a nice deck that looks out onto a small lake. We have a washer in dryer in our unit but maybe they all don't because their is a small laundry mat on site. Also their is a tennis court and a swimming pool. Pets are allowed. ...

They have people here weekly to cut the grass and keep up with the grounds. I think it'd a little over priced for the area.

I am currently living in a one bedroom, 1 bath apartment with my daughter and her 3 children. Three of them sleep in the bedroom and me and my grandson sleep in the living room on an inflatable mattress which we fill every night and empty every morning. Have been trying to find a suitable apartment for us for the past four months but have not been able to find one yet due to our financial situation.
