January 12, 2025The water has been shut off twice without notice. Numerous maintenance issues in the apartment that take a very long time to be fixed. A month to fix a sink, so I washed my dishes in my tub. A few days to fix a window with no seal and it was pouring down rain and huge puddles of water were all Over the floor. They do not answer any emergency calls. They try to make you allow someone to come into your apartment to fix the issue while you are not home. The woman that manages these is hell on ...wheels. HORRIBLE APARTMENTS
October 3, 2024Do not move here unless you want to deal with an apartment falling apart and maintenence never answering. We had to literally tell them we were leaving foe them to come in and fix our light that was FILLED with water. We also later found out the light also had a loose wire. On top of that there was outlets that didn't work, construction people leaving hazards to step on, uncooperative management, and many other things that made the apartment unpleasant.Review from Apartments.com
