Pet Fee and Mold
August 26, 2022Most of the apartments here have mold. Plus they charge you for heat on a summer time. Also, if they see a cat passing by your apartment they will charge you a pet fee. I just got charged for a pet fee and I have explained that to them but they still belive I have a cat and I have never had a pet in my life. Don't make a decision to move here because I will guarantee you will regret it ?Review from Apartments.com
Love This Place!
June 20, 2020Quite Apartment complex. Nice people with clean environment. I can raise my kids here with confident. I have my own entrance to my apartment. Close to shopping, restaurants, and highways. Few Minutes to Michigan University and the Mall. Most important, it's located in a really safe area! I made couple of friends there as well.Review from Apartments.com
I Love This Place
June 23, 2020Excellent location with ample surface parking to park your car. I like how it's always quit, clean, and having a separate entrance to my apt is a plus. I would recommend living here as its safe and close to shopping, Michigan University, and downtown Detroit.Review from Apartments.com
