BEWARE!! Unprofessional and unethical!!

Currently dealing with Wiseman Residential & Dorthy Village LLC as a tenant. This company is completely unprofessional and dismissive of tenant rights. Despite providing a valid 30-day notice to vacate in accordance with California law, they have outright refused to accept it, demanding things that are not legally required, like roommate consent or replacement tenants. Their refusal to follow basic tenant protections has caused significant stress and wasted time. I’m appalled at the lack of ...

accountability and disregard for legal obligations. This company’s behavior is negligent and unethical. If you have the choice, I would NOT rent from this company. I had to spend days moving and stressing about learning tenant rights laws since they were lying to me about my rights so I had to figure out my rights myself. Much easier and less stressful and time saving to just not rent from this company.
