From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-kept and inviting the entire space is. The newly remodeled interiors are modern and cozy, creating a warm and loving atmosphere that feels like home. The staff at Dove Landing are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents' well-being. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels ...welcome and valued. One of the highlights of living here is the beautiful pool area. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and you can tell a lot of thought went into creating this lovely outdoor space. Overall, Dove Landing is more than just a place to live; it's a community where you feel supported and cherished. They don't care about their tenants
October 3, 2024Currently live here but will not for much longer. There is a hole in my ceiling that has been there for over 6 months I have put in multiple request to have it fixed. They have entered my apartment with out warning or my permission. They towed my vehicle because of the inspection sticker being out of date, which is my fault but having the vehicle of a tenant that pays rent on time every month causes no problems and has tried to work with them over this roof leak and hole is just ridiculous. Also ...the key fob doors have never worked crack heads can come sleep on the steps inside the building. thieves can run around the building stealing and doing whatever they want. if you put in a work order for repairs they will mark it complete with out even looking at it. And on top of all this they have raised the rent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
