About Drexel Terrace
Situated on one of Chicago's historic tree-lined boulevards, Drexel Terrace was designed in the early 20th century as a stately manor combining classical and contemporary architectural styles of its era. From the picturesque boulevard, you'll step up the romantic Greek Revival staircase, past the Grecian urns, into the newly renovated entry with its marble and mahogany trim and Tiffany style wall sconces and chandeliers. The property's features include a spacious, private back yard with parking, and close proximity to public transportation.
Drexel Terrace is located in the Kenwood Neighborhood and 60615 Zip code of Chicago, IL.

Renters Reviews and Ratings
MAC Properties.
August 24, 2015I was told before I rented from MAC that it was not a good rental property company, customer service was terrible and prices were high. I decided to go with them, anyway, because I liked the apartment even if it is on the 3rd floor (yikes!). The rent was high but it's Hyde Park, so what do you expect? It's an old apartment but that is typical of Hyde Park, and I am comfortable with that. As for the customer service, I've found them to be responsive and professional. I've had no issues until I ...got the renewal lease and found out my lease went up significantly ( I was warned that may happen) with only 1 week to decide. I admit that I am put off about that, since it leaves me in a tough spot. I still like my apartment, though. It's the first time I didn't have to fight the roaches for supremacy, a very valuable asset in my opinion. No sign of any other critter, either!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
