Book at 12pm appointment thought I’d be luckier than the ppl in the reviews and get a tour but nobody showed , so unprofessional at this point just do self guided tours .

My roommate and I applied, tried to see the apartment twice, and both times nobody showed up. The support line is full of very helpful and kind people but don’t waste the money on the application. It’s non refundable. We got approved and still no rush or effort to get us into a viewing. Crazy for an apartment complex that half a body was found at in 2010. If you do apply, be nice to the leasing consultants, it’s not their fault.

My initial attempt to get a tour of the apartments was terrible, nobody bothered to show up. They manage to reschedule for the following day just for nobody to show up again. I also ran into another person who was able to tour in multiple attempts. Any chance at trying to contact the leasing office sucked as it goes start to voicemail, or send you to company that sets up appoints for you. Just unprofessional, dont waste your time

My partner and I each filled out an application fee and were told out appointment time for the following day to check everything out. No one ever showed up along with multiple people waiting come to find out for the same time and everything. Time wasted and money lost . Don’t trust this place or agency

I have applied here MULTIPLE TIMES. A women reassured me that everything was fine and I’d be approved for the apartment. When I paid the fee they denied my application. They don’t do in person tours for this very reason. When you call they don’t give you ANY INFORMATION AS TO WHY YOU WERE DENIED. They all keep saying “send a written letter”. Extremely disappointed.
