Maintenance left a giant mess in our bathroom and didn't pick up after themselves at all. There's a lot of package theft here and property management refuses to install any cameras in the mail room. And they also don't salt any of the parking lot, only the sidewalk.

Everything seemed to happen pretty quickly. Compared with other companies, it was the best experience by far. When I first went into the office, without an appointment, Denise, even though busy, stopped and took time for me My first impression of any place is the staff. I always remember being treated with kindness and respect.

Don't move here! Filthy, no security, Mail and packages stolen. Noisy and police and management won't do anything about it! No place for visitor parking.

If you are looking to not positively interact with neighbors,slip on ice in the winter, your garage flooded in the spring, and your doors not lock or be so locked where you can't leave easily...Then this is the place for you!

The Goldmark staff was nice, the building seemed nice, but Ive had to call a ridiculous amount of times within my first month of living here. I will not renew my lease.

I would not rent from the Danbury office or live in Dynasty apartments. There is not enough parking for residents let alone guests, parking situation should be better relayed to potential residents. Building constantly smells like marijuana, staff are never reliable when it comes to getting back to you, and the answers given dont feel trustworthy. They will also overlook paperwork, not mark no parking zones, then tow you without warning or contact of any kind. The apartment was not move in ...
ready, repairs had to be made and garage had to be cleaned and graffiti removed and garage repaired after moving in. Also garage leaked heavily and soaked things a foot from the wall.
