There's a lot of package theft here and property management refuses to install any cameras in the mail room. And they also don't salt any of the parking lot, only the sidewalk.

When I first went into the office, without an appointment, Denise, even though busy, stopped and took time for me My first impression of any place is the staff. There is not enough parking for residents let alone guests, parking situation should be better relayed to potential residents. Building constantly smells like marijuana, staff are never reliable when it comes to getting back to you, and the answers given dont feel trustworthy. They will also overlook paperwork, not mark no parking zones, then tow you without warning or contact of any kind. The apartment was not move in ...ready, repairs had to be made and garage had to be cleaned and graffiti removed and garage repaired after moving in. Also garage leaked heavily and soaked things a foot from the wall.Read More
