Elevate Student Living is an off-campus student housing apartment community consisting of four unique properties located in Springfield, MO, and steps away from MSU. The four properties that make up Elevate Student Living are 800 South, Deep Elm, The Jefferson, and The Q’ube. All four communities are just a two-minute drive from Downtown Springfield and close to shopping and restaurants. We are also located on the Bear Line (Orange West Line) for convenient travel around the city. Our off-campus apartments feature modern and spacious 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom floor plans with furnished or unfurnished options. Apartment amenities include a modern kitchen, quartz countertops, spacious walk-in closets, private patio, new high-speed internet throughout each community, and all utilities included. Residents come home to an enhanced amenity package with access to a study lounge with free printing, coffee bar, leashless pet park, and plenty more!
