I just moved in
July 8, 2021They first gave me the wrong keys to the apartment and mailbox keys. They gave me a new set of keys and I can lock my door now, but not my mailbox. Still can't get my mail and I this is my third day into the lease. Also They have very old air conditioning units that can't keep your apartment cool. Like a suanaReview from Apartments.com
Disgusted
July 29, 2016I lived here for two years. They charged me over $600 for their cheap carpet. They expect people not to use their appliances nor carpet at all. When you move out they expect it to be exactly as it was when people moved in. People play loud music. Some families with more than six people live in a two bedroom apartment. Cars got broken into. And one car got stolen. They stole my brother's stereo out of his truck. They don't clean the pond. I love living here!
July 26, 2015Let me just tell you that when you come from having nothing but bad experience from a previous apartment I was living in, this is paradise! Pros: My favorite thing about this place is the landscape, they always cut the grass on time. Another great plus is that it comes with plug-in washer and dryer and in case you dont have one, they have a laundry mat. The pool is great the water is always clean, they have a small gym and a sauna. :) One con is that the guys from maintanance took a while to ...come fix a light and some other things around the apartment.
