Roaches EVERYWHERE

Do not rent here, this place suckered me in with 'low rent' and it was infested with roaches, they let me tour other apartments and all the others were roach infested as well.

The managers on site are completely useless. Everything in your apartment will break down in the matters of weeks. Managers will do nothing to help alleviate the issue. The building are infested with roaches, rats and bed bugs. Absolutely regret moving here.

This is a horrible apt. building. Everything the other reviewer said about it it's 100% truth! And it's gotten worse with the new management! There are homeless drug addicts everywhere outside, inside. It is not safe! In addition to roaches and rats it also have bed bugs! The manager does nothing about other tenants extreme noise, for example today from 1 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. a tenant was playing Extremely Loud Music and management did nothing! The New Management seems to let undesirable tennants ...

move in lately! The building and this neighborhood has went down in a bad way, area not as safe either especially around this building and the next two this is the main drug spot! The apts. themselves are not in the best shape all they do is paint the walls and that's it! Tenants dogs barking all day and all night.

Lived here for several years and everything about this place has become worse and worse. The building use to have a decent on site manager who at least kept the criminals and drug dealers out. All that is in the past. My car was broken into twice in the past six months in what was supposed to be a secure garage with security cameras. There are homeless constantly hanging in front of the building day and night. As well as sleeping in the garage, lobby, and stairwells. The maintenance staff were ...

slow to respond and often incompetent to solving whatever repair or maintenance issues that came up. Worst of all was Management’s indifference at taken care of the mold, vermin, and roach infestation. Which never went away. And I could go on and on So if you like living with rats and roaches and don’t mind homeless people breaking in to your apartment and car then this place is for you.

Hello, I am so sorry that this was your experience, I am the new manager and while I can't completely control everything that goes on in the streets I can try and control what is going on in the building. I have upgraded our camera system to 32 channels to keep track of who is coming in and out of the building as well as being in contact with the local police station. With regards to your vehicle being broken into please call me immediately as I have no indication or notification of this happening and I would like to know when so I can search the cameras. With regard to roaches and rats. We have Orkin come twice a month on a roving preventative pest control, please let me know if you are having issues so we can make sure they go to your apartment. If there is anything else you need don't hesitate to call as I always answer or return calls within the day.
