East Ridge Residence is the most affordable independent 55+ senior living community in the Chattanooga area! Rent includes all utilities, apartment maintenance, full service dining with one free meal a day, free weekly housecleaning and linen washing, free transportation to scheduled appointments and shopping, exercise, health and wellness programs, a large outdoor pool and courtyard, daily resident activities, a private locked mail box and free daily garbage pick up at your door. We also have an on-site beauty salon and barber shop, physical and occupational therapists, and a 24-hour medical alert system. Pets are welcome for an additional $25/month. There is a one time community fee of $1,300 to reserve an apartment.
