Best building in DTLA
September 27, 2022This is a condominium building, so if you manage to score an apartment here you'll be renting from the owner directly. It's definitely a "grown-up" building - great security, great staff, and a real feeling of community. The residents tend to skew older than the typical 20something downtown building. I happen to love that about it. Your apartment will also come with assigned, secured, underground parking, which is a non-negotiable in DTLA. I love the "EC.". Best rental I've had in LA.Review from Apartments.com
