Eastview Apartments

they didn’t send anyone out until 3pm.Today the 5th day we called rather irritated because we like many other tenants here have a child under one. The maintenance man came into OUR apartment being rude and loud and said basically we’re sol cause we’re on the first floor, so I pointed out a tenant on the third floor who has had the same problem all winter. To which he decided to disclose personal information about ANOTHER tenant to us and told us she has bigger problems to worry about than heat when she has a 4yo. Don’t even consider ANY complex under their management! You’ll have terrible living conditions, things that have needed replaced for months STILL need replaced and every time we complain we get told “someone will be in next week” I’m guessing next week never comes because nothing has been fixed, and when the maintainer man was called out on the heating unit needing replaced he blatantly told us it’s not being replaced even tho we over heard him tell the repairman it was suppose to be replaced in October before winter hit and it wasn’t. SAVE YOUR TIME, wish we would have.
