Old décor doesn't match the rate wanted for rent. the owner Jon Jacob is late on repairs or none at all, their isn't a sign to let you know you've reached the apartment! No assigned parking meaning depending on the time you get home you may not have a parking spot due too others from different apartments using it when their parking is low. besides the owner being cheap, rude & unprofessional! security camera doesn't work one of the past tenant had his car stolen right in front of it & online ...
packages are almost sure to get taken if your not there waiting but to say less good luck with this one you'll need it for sure! zero stars but I guess I have to leave 1
