Mr. John maintenance service is beyond excellent. Everytime I have an issue he is on top of it. He is very knowledgeable of his job and you can tell that he is passionate about what he does. Without hesitation he comes to the rescue to fix the problem or make whatever calls to get you taken care of asap. Ms. Carol has a passion about her job and whenever you go to her with a problem or complaint she jumps on it immediately. She fights for the people that live in her apartment complex, she is ...
about what's right and her occupants being treated fairly as well as equally. She makes no excuses and go to bat to get the job done. We need more people like Mr. John and Ms. Carol. They are a great team and they get the job done.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS

Beware of their bed bugs. They will charge you to fix their on going problem. The staff is not knowledgeable at all. Maintenance is rude and will patch up their work. They are all a bunch of puppets that follow what home office tells them instead of doing what's right for the resident!!!
