It took me several phone calls and quite a bit of time on hold to reach an Acento representative to schedule a tour. The representative scheduled my tour and told me no further action was needed on my part. When I arrived for the tour, the leasing office was empty/locked. I called Acento, and again it took me a while to reach the actual leasing office. The leasing agent told me the office would be closed for the next half hour and that sometimes the Acento reps do not tell the leasing center when ...
they've scheduled tours (?). I read the reviews of this property while I waited and ultimately decided that it was not worth the tour. FYI: the property does not look nearly as nice as it does in the photos.
