My daughter lived at Eden for 16 months. The actual apartment finishes are ok maybe even nice, but the appliances are not good. When I helped move my daughter out of her apartment we reported that the microwave door plastic was disintegrating including falling off in pieces around the glass. In the final move out charges, she is being charged $181 for the microwave door replacement. The answer from the property management staff was, if it wasn’t listed on the move in inspection, you are ...

The rent isn’t bad considering how nice the apartments are & how much they provide for the residents!! There’s TWO jacuzzis, a nice gym, fire pit, a whole kitchen that residents can use for free in the clubhouse, dog friendly, etc. A super nice place to live & hang out!! Super friendly & helpful staff & maintenance team is always quick to help out too!

To make a very long story as short as possible: I had to move out quickly and needed to break my lease. It was very difficult to get in touch with anyone, and no phone calls were answered or messages returned. My apartment was vacant for only one month(possibly less)before it was rented again. They sent me a bill for $3500 for move out fees. It seems extremely unreasonable to me, and I am still having difficulty getting the charges explained, or having anyone contact me back.
