The grounds are always clean and the complex is quiet. We are close to shopping and restaurants, but not too close which helps with traffic. Maintenance is quick to respond if the need arises.

Elan Keller Ranch is one of the best apartment homes I have lived in.The property is quiet both day and night.As far as being maintained Elan does a great job of keeping the grounds well maintained.The maintenance crew does a fantastic job of getting to any issues,but is rarely needed.

The place is quiet, and it’s well maintained. I been here almost three years and I have zero complaints. I would recommend it to someone who is looking for a place or who has just recently moved to Texas.

Elan Keller Ranch is an apartment community that is the best I have experience.While playing and coaching baseball I have lived in many apartments all over the US.Elan is by far the best of them,from great amenities to a well maintained facility.Elan is close to shopping,schools,and entertainment,and much more.I have never regretted my choice to live at Elan Keller Ranch.

it’s nice, we still enjoy living here. however the only issue is communication. i’ve sent numerous emails with questions and concerns and i havent gotten a response. but otherwise it’s great here. parking sucks tho.
