    This building is part of a community that has a very unique feel, as compared to the area. The edge has tons of amenities including an outdoor patio, fitness center, movie room, free wi-fi in common areas, indoor and outdoor parking lot with gated access, outdoor speakers and package concierge. Although the rent is high as compared to the neighborhood, you do get a lot for your money. This area is really growing into something awesome. Tons of new restaurants opening up, and a starbucks and ...
    gourmet grocery store one block away. Quick walk to the B-line train and hubspot bikes. Also a quick walk to coolidge corner or allston's center. Tons of variety in a changing area, nice neighbors, quiet and friendly building.
