Don’t Waste Your Money
December 6, 2022The staff and this location are great except for maintenance. This place is covered in dog poop and there have been multiple times where there is dog poop on the sidewalks as well. The dog waste bin recently was over flowing for days to the point there were dog poop bags laying around it from falling out. There has been countless times where there has been dog pee in the elevators and the stairs as well. We were told that we would get a new refrigerator when we signed our lease (Feb2022) and that ...has yet to happen and our fridge dispenses flakey particles into our water. We didn’t have a proper working a/c or heating unit from Feb 2022-May 2022 because the maintenance team is incompetent and they stated that it was user error multiple times, finally in May they realized that it was not user error and there was a much bigger issue. This apartment complex has also smelled of marijuana multiple times on our floor. Also there were multiple times that the pool deck area was shut down including the grills for total of around 6 weeks but you are still charged the amenities fee. You can go somewhere else and get a better place for sure. So don’t waste your money.Property Manager Responded

However, there seems to be NO sound barrier used between the floors and I believe it makes it worse since there is no carpet. November 22, 2021We really loved this apartment and it' features. Our leasing professional, Ashley, was extremely helpful and I would recommend her to assist with anyone looking for a new apartment. A few critiques would be the price per sq foot is a little expensive. We have found other apartments with very similar amenities / perks that are not as expensive per month. November 9, 2021Cami was so helpful and made the moving process so much less stressful as we never even visited Edgewater before moving in. Her and the rest of the team were always quick to respond and communicated quickly and clearly. Cami even sent me a video walkthrough of the apartment we were looking at, which was above and beyond what we were expecting. Everything is well maintained, the office remembers all of our names and residents' dogs names, and really makes an inclusive environment. I am always ...seeing someone cleaning and I absolutely love that as well.
