Roaches and paper thin walls
December 4, 2020Since moving in I’ve had a consistent roach problem. My apartment has been treated numerous times and they always come back. BIG roaches!! Also, the walls are paper thin, so you can hear actual conversations of your neighbors.Property Manager Responded

Good Place
February 6, 2020This neighbourhood is so good and safe to live with family.I like this apartment mainly because of the maintenance team. Mr.Wayne always responds promptly if we inform our issues.I reduced one star as we had intermittent mice issues which was rectified recently.they have regular pest control checks now, so i'm satisfied. it is so quiet and peaceful and i like the idea of security code for main doors.i'm well assured that no strangers will enter and if you are moving here make sure you inform ...security codes properly with all delivery services.Property Manager Responded

My apartment
August 12, 2015If I had the money to move I would.The maintanance men are very nice but the office staff are not. I have called and made so many work request and yet the same exact thing keeps happening.They up the rent every year. August 10, 2015If you're looking for quiet and friendly... This is the place to be! My apt has stainless steel appliances hardwood floor / carpet some have both .Bathroom is updated n roomy!
