Barbara best landlady ever!
December 19, 2019I’ve lived here for probably five years now and I can tell you that Barbara is like a second mom to me ....she handles everything I need immediately and calls me personally if need be ...she’s worked with me so well these past years and I am blessed that I moved in here .... you know it makes a world of difference when you’ve got somebody in your corner... she appreciates me I appreciate her and I love this building ...it’s safe secure and then of course there’s Barbara the icing on the cake !Review from Apartments.com
semi out dated very small
October 12, 2013heat bill will be double where ever you pay cause they have a old heating system my power bill is 240 and thats on the low end lol really i asked the landlord and they said somthing about the old school heat system drains more power cause its old! which i dont trust there telling me the whole truth about it. you will always hear a firetruck,police or Emt van driving by every nightReview from Apartments.com

June 2, 2013Edgehill Terrace is an older apartment building but well maintained and in a good neighborhood. Very convenient to town and to 277. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended!Review from Apartments.com
