This property is ran by a slumlord, its located in a dangerous neighborhood with high crime rate and most likely hasn't been newly renovated since it was built. I imagine someone in desperate circumstances would rush to the opportunity being that there are always units open, the owner doesn't really care who rents from him and the rent is very affordable, but in all honesty I would highly recommend not only driving by the property but viewing inside as well. Tenants have suffered major ...
infestation issues, bad plumbing, parking issues; the building is very poorly put together. A positive is there is a bart station and shopping center located nearby walking distance, this could be useful to commuters.
