The community location and layout is nice. But the community is old from inside. Doesn’t have smart appliances and digital locks. The apartment received on move in was in a bad condition. It wasn’t cleaned to mark and still had a lot of work needed. While touring it’s not clear enough to make decisions but the apartment have bad insulation, heaters are not that efficient. Same as for soundproofing is extremely bad. Can hear the upstairs neighbor google home mini, walking and literally doing ...

The management team: Alicia, Sam, and Miranda, have been incredibly helpful, always approachable, and willing to assist with anything I need. The apartment is close to Pike Place Market and with the newly remodeled waterfront park nearby, there’s no shortage of things to do in the area.

If there were any issues, they were resolved asap since property management is always there to help and answer all of the questions! Unit is nice, but management communication/action and security of the building leave much to be desired. People don’t wait for garage door to close, allow anyone to walk into the front door at all hours, and generally don’t think of the other tenants that live here. Adding outside groups such as a hotel or Airbnb would be a disaster to what is already a building struggling with security, ownership, and responsibility issues.

Amazing Staff and Management

A waterfont Gem. Amenitites are amazing. The leasing staff are great, always keeping communication. The resident events are amazing. Guess that Kiss, Game Nights, Drag Bingo. The coffee machine and snacks are amazing. I just signed my renewal and the community manager asked for feedback, which is something I never experienced before. He truly cares about the property.

Poor Management

Things have declined since the end of last year. The familiar faces I used to see at the office have left. The community just doesn’t feel the same. I complain and get vague responses. The trash rooms get filthy and the trash shoot doesn’t work all the time. And then there’s car break-ins in the garage that’s supposed to be safe. Homeless people are let in by residents and packages get stolen. Also, the Peloton bike in the gym hasn’t worked for months. I’ve complained that I hear my neighbors ...
