Uncomfortably noisy

Poor noise isolation, poor construction materials, the floor was shaky because of the construction nearby and I could hear yhe floor being vacuumed on the apartment upstairs. Would never live here

Excellent Customer Service

The main lobby and office space was inviting. Janessa was welcoming and informative. She made us feel right at home and acknowledged our presence. She gave us enough time to explore the unit and communal spaces without having to feel rushed. Overall, a wonderful experience.
