Disgusting
December 2, 2022We have FINALLY moved out and I can fully say without a doubt that the apartment, management, the staff and the MASSIVE ROACH INFESTATION is a nightmare. The office staff all so catty, ready to argue, rude, extremely unhelpful and just plain awful to deal with. The infestation is unlivable. We would kill at least 15 roaches each morning. They were everywhere. We got rid of half of our belongings when we moved because we did not want to bring the Elements' filth into our new house. The complex is ...barely mediocre and charges completely UNETHICAL prices. Don't let the grounds draw you in, its REALLY not worth it, and quite frankly, that's how they trap you here. The same care is not put in their actual units. If you love being gouged of all your money, this is the place for you, they're hungry for it. Its honestly criminal. If that wasn't enough to dissuade you, the apartments are outdated, and the quality is so beyond subpar. The paint on all cabinets is sticky and poorly done. The units are so loud that you can hear everything your neighbor does and in which room. My children were forced to hear horrible things happening from our upstairs neighbors. management doesn't help with any noise problem. We are so happy to put the black spot that is The Elements of Belle Rive is behind us. The company that owns the Elements of Belle Rive should be ashamed and embarrassed. This has been the most disgusting, unpleasant and worst experience of our lives and we are thrilled to be done with this disgusting place.Property Manager Responded

Nice place overall
July 20, 2022I lived here for about a year and everything was pretty good. No real issues that were out of the norm and would say it was better than most overall. Pretty quiet. Management is disgusting! This place is horrible!
March 1, 2018This is the worst apartment complex in Jacksonville, Fl!!! The apartments themselves are old and not very well maintained. Our appliances were spray painted silver to look like stainless steel. The staff is the worst part about this place and especially the manager! They are unhelpful, rude and will do nothing to address any issues or concerns. Maintenance will answer your request within a day or two but they will have to come back several times to actually fix the problem because they like to ...do quick cover ups and don't actually know how to fix the problem! The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does! There is no parking, and yes there is a garage but it's only for small cars and you are not allowed to keep anything in the garage besides your car. The staff like to send out threatening emails saying they are going to charge you extra money for things including inspecting your garage to see if you have too much stuff in it. Elements of Belle Rive
October 4, 2015Recently renovated apartments. Very quiet. Employees very helpful and cheerful. We got new rugs, new dryer, new microwave with our apartment. Animal friendly and a garage for our car. Very convenient to shopping, highways, and restaurants. There will be no more construction around our area so it will remain just as it is. All the residents that we meet here and those that have lived here, all have given it very good reviews. I know we will be happy here and plan to stay.Review from Apartments.com
Doggy approved
September 5, 2015This is a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the mall, shopping plazas and I-95. The grounds are we maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best apartment in the area. My favorite thing about living here is how pet friendly they are. There's no monthly pet rent and they just opened a new bark park for the dogs. My neighbors always greet my dog and I during our walks and he loves it.
