Avoid this place like the plague. Crime is out of control here. Cops here every weekend. Then a swat team had to break into an apartment next to ours, and completely messed up our door, couldn’t even get into my own apartment. No courtesy call from management, like it would have been nice to just be like, “hey, swat team had to break into an apartment next to yours with bombs and flashbangs”. Just came home to trash everywhere and to find swat team made it impossible to get inside my apartment ...
because they had to use a bomb on the door next to mine.
The fact we have pets inside and they have no desire to call and let us know what’s happening show no care or thought for people actually living here.
We even have damage in our apartment from the bombs the swat team used on the apartment next door.
It’s like an overpriced version of anything you can get in the ghetto of Aurora.
PS: maintenance team is top notch. 100% trust them in my apt when doing repairs. Were always so helpful and made sure everything was 100% to your liking. But management is a disappointment.
They failed here big time, courtesy call would have went a long way when coming home to this.
