To start off with, about me: I am a senior attending UWM who currently works full time and attends school. My hobbies are heavily based around designing, developing, and playing video games.
Pros-
Looks Nice
Decent Price Range
Good Style
Shuttles to Campuses Every Hour
Cons-
Is Ikea nice (everything is cheaply made and breaks easily)
Wifi is unusable at times and limits your abilities to use certain game systems such as the Nintendo Switch
Work orders dont get completed (even though ...
marked as such)
Dont live here if you have to get up early as you wont be able to go to bed before 11 due to noise.
Management seems to try but they have yet to come through for me on anything they said would get done. (Wifi issues, general maintenance, ect.) and it seems that they ignore you if you try to see if it is going to happen.
Air conditioning is either at full blast (even during the winter) or non existent. You have no control over this.
Poor security. Arguably laughable. They have a FOB system at the front door but it is always open and anyone can walk in at any time. The exterior does lock at night however.
In the end, if you are a college student who is in their early years, doesnt have to get up before 10, and has the means to pay for this, it isnt a bad choice. It is pricey and I would encourage you to search around to see if anyone has anything better.
