Great location but noisy and pool ia hardly ever open

I've been there for many years and here are my quick takes. A good mix of places to chose from, good location, washer/dryers are nice and staff has always been friendly. However, the prices are too high for what you get, can be very noisy, no accountability, pool is hardly ever open(still hasn't opened this year), pets can be loud and there's often poop everywhere, garbage area is always a mess. Places are outdated.
I travel for work so I'm not there a lot or else i would be living somewhere ...
else. I had to deal with an EXTREMELY noisy neighbor and for months nothing was done except for warnings. Luckily they finally moved out. The pool, which used to be awesome in the summer, has hardly ever been open the last few years. There's either no life guard or some other issue/excuse. Don't let the pool be a reason you select this property because it's just not open much. I've enjoyed most of the staff over the years but there's no accountability when it comes to loud neighbors, pet poop, etc.
Not the worst place and there have been some upgrades but a lot of work is needed and for every upgrade there's a corresponding negative.

We have made changes to the garbage area, updated the pool pump/filtration system, and while it may take a little bit of time to correct, we strive to maintain the peace and quiet for all residents.
