Love this building
October 1, 2020I've heard stories about management, but I never had a single issue in the 4+ years here. My apartment is a corner unit (5i), with east and south facing windows, so much natural light ?. Spacious for sure, the kitchen is small but easy to adapt to, 4 large closets (i have a closet just for purses). I'm moving out of necessity, but I'll miss this apartment so much. It's an old apartment in all old building, saw a mouse once and the maintenance guy came over on the same day and checked and sealed ...the entire place, never had that problem again. Paint chips of the walls but nothing serious, it's so cheap for such a large space in Rittenhouse that i wouldn't even complain about that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 2, 2018The absolute WORST most DISGUSTING place to live. So many mice (over 2 a month) and cockroaches... and I'm a very clean gal. The management is HORRIBLE. The rooms are disgusting and no closet space. Choose anywhere else to live.Review from Apartments.com
Not too shabby...
August 11, 2015This place isn't perfect, but the LOCATION is out of control! You really can't beat it! Door person 24 hours/day who receive packages and let you in, when needed. Elegant, old school apartment features such as moldings, hardwood flooring, and bathroom tiles. SPACIOUS! Can't hear your neighbors too much. Staff will try to help you out. There are issues with an old building... can't be avoided. Give it a shot! Been here 6 years and hope to be here 6 more!Review from Apartments.com
