Nice property, wouldn't mind renting again

Property was nice and calm. Nice neighbors, friend maintenance staff, beautiful hiking trail, very close to stores. Down part was low parking at night but always found some on main street. Water bill is divided between all units including the townhomes that have washers inside so doesn't matter if you conserve your water at home because your water bill will still be high.

I like the walls and carpeting and the location. I just don't like my neighbors who are so keen on being quiet all the time. And I also would like to increase it by two bedrooms since im sharing a one bedroom unit with my four family members. I just want them to feel comfortable for the first time in years. We're constantly moving every summer due to money problems and we're currently looking for another apartment to move in to. I just really hope this is the big break and the wish I've been ...
