Not too bad for the price

The property id good for the price. THe apartments are small, but mintained as much as they can be given the age of them. Management is easy to get along with. Will do any repairs quickly and does his best to maintain the property. There are a few areas that could be improved. The Hot water is not what it should be most of the time. You have to learn the cycle of when it will be and take advantage of it when you can. At present, there are no laundry facilities, but the owners finlly worked ...
out everything and the machines should be here soon. Overall, its a good place to live for the price.

Pests, shoddy hot water, overpriced

The hot water is spotty at best, there are seasonal bug infestations, and they do NOT maintain anything. Shelves warped in the bathroom, fuses that consistently blow. What a shame.

Just moved In! Love my Apartment. New Owners/Manager

I was scared by old reviews but the new manager made me comfortable. So I went to view and moved in within the month. I love it! Its quiet and my apts been renovated. I look forward to all the great changes she mentioned happening. You can see the changes already and I've only been here a month. My dogs get to run in the fields next door. It's perfect!

Dont waste your time just because its cheap. The apartments are Very old with roaches and other types of bugs. Manager is never in the office. I have so many bad stories with this place.

This isn't a great place to live at all! Management is never in the office whether it's business hours or not. We can't keep a maintenance crew to fix anything around here. The last maintenance man actually got fired for stealing & cashing a rent check!! There aren't any doors on quite a.few of the mailboxes, several including mine, have been broken into & won't close. They have yet to be fixed. It's been months. I can not WAIT to move! It's beyond ridiculous here. I wouldn't even bother renting ...
