They have no service mind. They will charge for whatever they can come up with… When we move out, we mopped, cleaned, and even retouched the wall but they charged us extra because cleaning fee was beyond our deposit. Their excuse was stove being dirty… We did our best but we paid more which never happened before with other apartments.
