The staff is friendly, professional and go out of their way to help. The amenities are gorgeous and walking distance to grocery, coffee and UPS Store. If we had to move again this would be my 1st choice.

Essex purchased the property a few years ago, and everything went down hill from there. Poor security, poorly maintained. Paper thin walls, floors, and ceilings. If you want constant noise complaints from both you as well as directed toward you, by all means this is the place for you.

January 8, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI grew up in NYC and lived most of my life in apartments so I know that noise is inevitable, however, the noise level in building one of Emerson VV is unbearable. There is little or no cushioning between floors so you hear every foot step above (and the people below you, hear yours). We had the unfortunate luck of living below rude roommates who walked around in high heels at night and the male roommate even lifted weights in the (hardwood floored) living room. Management lacks compassion ...regarding these and other concerns. They also raise the rent by hundreds of dollars each year. Beware!Read More

August 12, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comIn 2017 Emerson/ ESSEX bought our building. I used to love living here. There was an immediate decrease in professionalism and scary to say, security. I was then even further disappointed when I received my renewal with an INCREASE of 7.68%! The quality has dropped and the increase is steep. Disappointed.

What I do know, the staff is very professional and friendly, the building is immaculate and there are many amenities. You can walk to the market, Starbucks, a few restaurants and a local bar.
