    Worse experience ever. Will definitely rethink where I choose to live next time. Apartment is nice but when I first moved in nothing was taken care of at all

    It has been decent so far, staff is nice and neighborhood is nice but maintenance man seems to be the only one for the entire complex and they need more maintenance staff to help with prompt response times.

    Happy with apartment, 2 stars only because of cleanness of common areas, especially bathrooms they are disaster, nobody cleans them for weeks.

    Attached garages! The buildings feel more like houses than an apartment complex. I like the community layout with alot of green spaces and not just a concrete jungle.

    The price bracket is nice, love that I have a garage and there’s no restriction for guest parking. The dog park is huge and it’s right next to several other dog friendly parks

    I moved back in February 2025. Thy had a great move in special at the time. I like the location and the unit I chose. Staff is nice. Community has nice amenities. Quiet area.

    Great place to live! Maintence is great and responds in a timely matter. The staff is always willing to assist you with any matter. Love the community events! Just wish the complex had some more padding for the noise and more consequences for large pool parties leaving the main area a mess, dog poop, and leaving trash outside of the dumpsters. With no cameras and no consequences it is a frequent problem.

    Still a great community! Kudos to the maintenance team—especially Jay, who consistently goes above and beyond. He’s always professional, thorough, and has a great attitude, no matter the task. Work orders are handled efficiently and with care, which makes a huge difference in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work, and it shows.
