Management Put Residents At Risk
January 28, 2026
The new management company failed this community by not salting ahead of the winter freeze. Parking lots and walkways were covered in black ice, leaving residents trapped and at risk. A simple walk to the car could have resulted in a serious injury because management did nothing. On top of that, they sent multiple emails about rules and policies before ever introducing themselves to residents. Three management companies in two years is a major red flag.

Great place. But the community was marketed as gated community but in actual the gates are always open and not closed after 5 pm like they told at the time

I have been here since May. No issues! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Love the pool and gym. Will be renewing my lease when it comes time for it.

The place is great, only issue is the trash in the parking lot. There’s shattered glass, drink cups, and food all over the parking lot. Always broken glass at the pool too. I don’t feel safe walking around the pool even with shoes :/

It has been decent so far, staff is nice and neighborhood is nice but maintenance man seems to be the only one for the entire complex and they need more maintenance staff to help with prompt response times.
