Poor Management
January 23, 2024Very poorly built - can easily hear neighbors. Living here has been close to living in a cave. Mostly, management does not accurately track and document payment. This group has waited 8 months to let me know about a claim that I was late with payment - and that I owed them THOUSANDS of dollars. I had not missed payments but then had to poor over my finances (and panic) to make sure. Imagine being so incompetent that you would wait MONTHS to ask about a discrepancy? Lived here a while - good but beware...
January 2, 2024Lived here 5 years due to location for work. It is decent but be aware of a few things... - Leaf blowing EVERY Monday and Friday! May not sound a big deal but it can come pretty early and is quite jarring. Many of us have mentioned to management - they do not care. - Laundry room has terrible washer and dryers, which always leave marks on clothes - Management is terrible at book keeping. I have received outrageous requests for back rent and have had to audit myself several times to show that the ...rent had in fact, been paid.
