Pros: They are nice apartments. The neighbours are nice too. The area is safe otherwise I would not live here. It is in a still growing area so there is still open farm land on both sides of it which means there isn't too much noise and a more relaxed feel. It also is close to Southlake and major DFW highways. Cons: The rent is high. Overall, it is a good apartment complex just needs to review its rental rates since their turnover rate is "likely" due to high rent.
