expensive and not worth it
July 23, 2023They charge you for everything, every month expect to pay about $200 for additional fees, such as water, sewer (which, for some reason is higher than your water bill) they charge you for trash, building electricity, the garage cost of 150 months which is crazy expensive, management is terrible, there’s weeds growing everywhere. Obviously the landscape people don’t know the difference between weeds and plants. Litter everywhere, the pool is only open five months to year if you’re lucky it seems to ...be closed all the time for maintenance, you need to look a little farther.
