The property is in a excelletn shape and has a prime location overlooking parks and greeensapce. It is a well maintained property with walking distance to East York Town Centre and Costco. The tenant community is very friendly and the poperty manager takes care of everything in a short period of time. The rent-performance ratio is very good.
