Lack of communication with prospects
October 27, 2022I didn't wanna believe the reviews about the lack of communication of this complex. Until it happened to me, I was an applicant who got approved and got some questions answered to then never speak again until close to the end of this month trying to reach me to probably move in. Does this complex realized that I did not get move in fees or anything on time? I had literally to chase the leasing agent to get some answers for the first week. I obviously thought I was canceled or something so I ...went and got a lease somewhere else This is not my fault, and it does not apply to your guidelines. I want a refund for such lack of communication towards future prospects.Property Manager Responded
