The apartment itself was nice. The rent increased a good bit in year two. The big problem was in moving out. We requested they walk through our apartment and let us know what we needed to do to get our deposit back, but they refused. We left our apartment better than we received it and did not receive our deposit back, nor a description of why it was not returned.
