They are currently listing my old apartment as a lower with patio and we moved in without looking at it. Well it is not a lower as garages are under us and we did not have a patio. We in fact have a patio door that goes no where because it once had a balcony that they took down. The freeway noise is nothing compared to the lady and her children upstairs who think that an upstairs apartment is a playground. As early as 4am they are pounding on our ceiling and the management will do nothing about ...
it, In fact do not complain or ask for repairs they will refuse to renew your lease. Horrible management and neighbors. Trash all over the parking lot and in the grass. The wash machine is broke just about every other week and they will tell you to go to a laundry mat yet you are paying for laundry onsite. This place is just one big rip off and you will feel like your in the ghetto. Do not waste your time with this place.

Nice apartment to stay and maintenance is very good and resolves issues very quick. Apartments are cheaper compared to other surrounding apartments and apartments are very big , spacious and they also have flexible lease and apartments are safety to stay and covers good school district and good community. Worth staying here....
