First let me say that I love the area and residents are very nice & friendly. Let’s that need improvement: Better parking for residents Elevators are often not working, this is very difficult for crutches, walkers, scooter, canes. Not enough sponsored activities. If you play cards it is great, but I do not. Residents pretty much have to plan their own activities. Need a full time security person, often gates after 7pm are left open - causing security concerns for seniors. Hallways especially ...

need paint. Need more handicap parking at each building. Wait list for tiers is too long to wait and assigned parking wait list. I would like to say Kudos to Maintenance - Cory & Chuck. Rent is too expensive and the increases take up majority of social security.

We put a deposit down for my sister-in-law and we paid with a check with my name and my wife's name on it. My sister-in-law passed away and now they refuse to refund the deposit to us directly even though they cashed the check out of our bank account, not hers. We're consulting with an attorney now to deal with this place.

Excellent place for senior citizens to live

This is without any doubt the perfect place to live for senior citizens here. Your rent is adjusted to the amount of your yearly salary. Also has a swimming pool for good exercise. Has 2 incredible maintenance men and one lives here in case hes needed afterr 5:00. They have quality entertainment for all. Has a kitchen and icebox in main room. All kinds of entertainment like bingo twice a week, dominoes, checkers, they have large jigsaw puzzles for people to put together. Grocery stores are less ...
