I lived there 2 days. Rat and cockroach infestations in other residents' rooms. Triple homicide down the street. Now they have my deposit, 4 months of rent, and I've lived there for 2 days. Unless you want to spend $4000 to get yourself out of a terrible living situation I would highly NOT recommend ever living here.

I’ve been here 6 mo and yes this is an older building but it is well cared for . Management takes care of your concerns quickly as well as security . I love having a garage and my own space to park . The best part is the glass views that run across my whole apt . I love living here i walk to Art museum and Black Kite and so close to downtown .

Bed bugs! One elevator is broken down regularly. Tenants trash the place. Graffiti. Carpet in hallways is atrocious. Cleaning crew use putrid chemicals. Laundry room is a joke. Worst of all is the rude unfriendly staff. This place sucks.

Building is not very well kept and leaks water everywhere. When asked to make repairs in unit, Management became combative and unprofessional. They charge way too much rent for what they give back. Elevators are always broke, people park everywhere they shouldn't, there is one dumpster that is always filled and overflowing and the building is not safe. Management is never present and you are left to address your concerns with the leasing agent, who given her situation is very professional and ...

Could Not Wait To Move Out

Think twice about moving into this dump. The pictures they present online are not an accurate representation of the property. There is numerous water damage, and repairs that are not made in a timely manner. In order to get any resolution you must escalate the issue to corporate. The current manager is not customer service friendly and is rude, she will make you pay to repair for the damages that were incurred by the negligence. permitted to park wherever they feel fit. The building is supposed to be secure but there are numerous break in, car theft, people kicking in doors and selling drugs throughout the property. Monarch investments took a once beautiful property and sucked all the money out of it and left it in shambles. I could only imagine what they have done to the other historic buildings they manage in the downtown Toledo area. At least fix the parking lot full of pot holes and the parking garage that has parts of the ceiling falling down on cars. You cant keep increasing rents and expect people to keep renting there. Management is so quick to collect rent and give nothing back. There are better options is Toledo to rent and trust me better management that will take care of their current resident base. Its no wonder there are at least 3 to 4 move outs a month. I am so happy that my lease expired and I am out of that hole. I have lived in Apt. #710 for a little more then a year and a half. The apartment has a nice deck, large rooms. It is a one bedroom with large closets one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The heat and the A/C are included in the rent. I pay electric only. Small cats and dogs are allowed. I have a house cat - fees are charged for pets, unless authorized. The kitchen is off the dining area, which has a ceiling fan. It is the size of a walk-in closet. The Elec. Stove and Frig. ...
are furnished and has a disposal. There are vertical blinds on the large windows in the bedroom and living room, also the sliding door. The bath is small but adequate. There is a heat lamp in the bath. Both the bath and the kitchen could be up-dated. The carpeting in the apartment and in the halls are in fair condition. Some apartments get new upon renting It is quiet on my floor. There are two elevators which are iffy as to being in operating condition at times. There is a large lobby, Wi-Fi room and laundry room also a kind of chat room in the basement. . Under ground as well as off street parking front and back. There also is a pool area open in the summer. I am near most places that I do my shopping and a fire station. The office staff has a lot of turn-over as they switch locations of the management I think. The also have studios, two and three bedrooms and pent house apartments - these are extra rent, of course. I am happy here, but like every apartment you never know who will be your neighbor so that can change. It is quiet here on my floor and there are two elevators.

Executive Towers is a secure building with keypad entry at all doors to the outside. It has Studios and 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Most apartments have a balcony. I use a motorized scooter and I find the building to be very accessible. The other residents are a diverse group, multiracial and all ages. We have underground parking for a small charge as well as cost-free parking areas outside. My one bedroom apartment is roomy and can easily accommodate two people. There is a spacious ...
bedroom, a living/dining room and a kitchen large enough to do all the cooking most people would wish for. We have entertained other couples many times. There are also two large closets plus a linen closet. Additional storage areas can be found in the basement along with a laundry room with sufficient washers and dryers, mailboxes, and a common room. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I live on the 12th floor with a balcony overlooking Toledo's Historic Old West End, with it's many beautiful Victorian homes, just a short walk away from Toledo's Museum of Art and Glass Pavilion. In the summer, I am treated to music from the Museum's "It's Friday" outdoor concerts. The balcony is large enough for me to have a small container garden where I grow tomatoes, herbs, and lavender. The walls and ceilings of the apartments are thick enough to be soundproof. Executive Towers is not perfect. It is an older building and has its problems, but the staff is always courteous and available and maintenance is on call after hours. The building sits on a major thoroughfare close to other main streets. A few years ago, when we had a horrible winter with near record snowfall, my roommate was the only person at his workplace to get to work every day. We are also close to the downtown area Mud Hens stadium and the Huntington Center which hosts Walleye Hockey and many concerts. I have lived at Executive Towers a total of nearly 10 years. I first had a studio that I was very happy with, but moved out for a year to care for a sick friend.. As soon as I was no longer needed, I immediately moved back, this time with a roommate to a one bedroom apartment and I have no plans to leave.
